We have created a few example trips and itineraries with different activities just as an example or better say guideline of what you can do. If you like what you see of course you can copy them exactly, but we like to take an individual approach to every new trip. After you tell us your preferences, we get to know you better and we create a journey just for you. And of course you can always side-step our forms and example itineraries and get in contact with us by email or phone. You are in the hands of experts therefore prepare for bespoke, once in the lifetime, perfectly tailored experience.

You can then fine-tune your trip as much as you like and add details as well as change parts until we create your dream journey. If your needs are more complex, then this process can take a little longer. At the same time if you would like to travel as soon as possible, then we can get you from inquiry to flight within a matter of hours.

All of our itineraries are completely tailor-made until the smallest detail. The example trips on our website are there to provide inspiration, and to give you a taste of what we can do. As soon as we’ve had our initial phone or email conversation, your Local Hero will begin to tailor and create an itinerary around your wishes.

Positively yes. We have had so many happy and satisfied families with wonderful feedback. We’ve spent years finding out which destinations and hotels are perfect for kids of any age. No you won’t. All of our trips are private and tailor-made, so you won’t be joining a group (unless of course you’re travelling with one of your own). There’s no maximum group size (within reason), so if you want to go with five friends or 50 family members, we can sort it. We’ve also built strong relationships with a number of top hotels in our destinations, so if you want a luxury hotel solely for your group, we can arrange a buy-out exclusively. If you are looking for weekend getaway, a few days quick adventure or a few weeks travel experience, we can do it all. That is what makes a difference and what makes us your Heroes.

It’s up to you, if you would like to get rid of the stress of buying tickets, we can do it for you. Should you want to book your own then that’s totally fine too. If you prefer a more private travel, we can also book private jets, should you need them.

When you’re completely happy with your final itinerary you give us the go ahead. After that we will confirm everything with our Local Heroes in destination and start the countdown. We will send a booking form regarding the prepayment and the deposit that has to be done to confirm your booking. About two weeks before your arrival you will receive all the details regarding every service you booked in the form of e-vouchers with all the (contact) details of every service we bookend for you. You can open your Local Heroes e-vouchers on your laptop, tablet or mobile smart phone to have access to all itinerary details at any moment. Of course, we are always here for you. You can contact us at any time. As you get closer to the departure date and have made your final payment, we’ll send through your final travel documents before setting up a pre-departure WhatsApp message to answer any last-minute questions.
